We are a locally-owned, full-service estate sale and move management company with years of experience in asset liquidations and resale. We conduct estate sales, online auctions, and full estate buy-outs throughout the California coast with care and professionalism. We are based in San Diego, but can cover projects as far north as Santa Barbara. Momento LLC is a fully licensed and insured estate sale company.

Our caring and professional team will handle every aspect of your estate sale or online auction. We offer a FREE in-home consultation to help you decide what’s best for you and your loved ones. Because our fee is based on the sale of your items, there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you in most circumstances. Here’s how it works . . .

  • FREE CONSULTATION

    The process begins with a free in-home consultation where we can discuss the best selling oportunities for your belongings. If you decide to work with us we will enter into a contract agreement detailing the discussed parameters of your sale.

  • SALE PREPERATION

    We will conduct extensive research and consult our knowledgeable team of specialists and appraisers to determine the value of the items in the home and price them accordingly. After preparation and staging of items, we will then conduct a successful 2-3 day sale.

  • AFTER THE ESTATE SALE

    At the completion of the sale, we will remove leftover items for donation or recycling. You will return to a completely empty home left in ‘broom swept’ condition. Your home is now ready to go on the market.

  • YOU GET PAID!

    We will provide you with a check, money order within three days of the completion of your sale.

    Again, you pay nothing out of pocket! We make our income by taking a percentage of the sale. So all you see is profit!
