No two senior moves are the same. Whether you’re looking for help transitioning to a senior living community, downsizing decades of memories into a smaller home or simply decluttering so you can safely age in place, we will help to minimize your stress throughout your transition.

We tailor your ‘senior move plan’ to meet your emotional and physical needs. For instance, for some clients, it’s absolutely essential for us to stop and listen to a special memory an item can bring up. For others efficiency is key and there is a need to clear a home or pack a move as quickly as possible. In your free initial consultation we’ll make sure we understand your specific needs.

  • PLAN

    The process begins with a free in-home consultation to determine if Momento is a good fit for you.

    We then begin to analyze your possessions and create a customizable to scale floorplan for your new residence that includes cabinet, closet and storage spaces as we work with you to determine which items will fit. We arrange sorting and packing sessions at a pace that makes you feel comfortable.

  • PACK

    Next, we begin to sort your belongings. Room by room we work with you to designate items to keep, give to family and friends, sell, donate or recycle. We bring all the packing supplies and pack everything with a careful hand.

    Our team will sell items for you, ship heirlooms to family members, and transport donations and recycling.

  • MOVE

    We coordinate the entire move day. We start at your previous residence and once everything is safely on the truck we head to your new home and unload to place your furniture according to our floorplan. Then we start unpacking boxes! We make your beds, hang your art, organize your cabinets and closets…we even set your clocks and favorite radio stations!

  • RELAX

    In most cases your entire move can be done in just a few hours while you are out to lunch and a movie! The secret is that we take many pictures of your home prior to packing so that items in your nightstands, medicine cabinets and pantries are all set up in the same way in your new space, thereby providing a true sense of comfort and familiarity. Lastly, you come back to meet us at your new home and make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
